Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the mechanics to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance services
- Prepare repair orders, estimates and invoices with precision
- Handle POS transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in dealership or fast paced environment preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Experience with cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Valid drivers license
