Location: Halifax, NS (Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Operate digital print equipment
- Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill)
- Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
- Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
- Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
- Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
- Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
- Problem solve basic issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 80% of your day
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
SKILLS Good communications skills (oral and written)
Intermediate use of MS Office, Adobe and other relevant software
EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
