Position: Cold Press Juicer. Permanent position.
Pay: $25 per hour.
Location: 186 Atkins Road, Salt Spring Island.
Schedule: Part-time, two to three days per week.
Days: 2 to 3 days per week, based on the production schedule.
Shifts: 8-hour shifts.

Moonshine Mama’s is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cold Press Juicer to join our team.

This is a hands‑on food production role focused on preparing ingredients and producing fresh cold‑pressed juice. The work involves operating juicing equipment, completing repetitive and physically active tasks efficiently and accurately, and maintaining high standards for food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing produce for juicing
- Operating commercial cold‑press juicing equipment safely and efficiently
- Measuring output according to set production needs
- Recording clear, complete, and accurate written production logs
- Monitoring product quality and performing required quality checks
- Disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing,



and reassembling juicing equipment after use
- Cleaning and sanitizing the production area, tools, and equipment, including periodic deep cleaning of the facility

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Is comfortable with repetitive, physically active work and standing for extended periods
- Can maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a rapid‑paced food production environment
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a growing company
- Is professional, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Takes food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety seriously

Previous juicing, commercial kitchen, food processing, or food manufacturing experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided.
