School Principal Description Of Tasks
Welcome renters upon arrival and provide them with instructions regarding the use of the premises and equipment; Maintain a presence on the premises throughout the rental period; Ensure that the premises, facilities, and equipment are used appropriately and respected; Ensure that renters and their guests remain within the designated areas; Intervene when facility-use rules are not respected and, when necessary, notify the appropriate person; Monitor the scheduled start and end times of the rental and ensure that renters leave the premises at the agreed-upon time; Report any unusual situation,
damage, breakage, or other issue observed during the rental; Conduct a general inspection of the premises at the end of the rental and ensure that the space is left in an appropriate condition; Perform other related duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of facility rentals. Hold a secondary school diploma Hold an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority and have one (1) year of pertinent experience in those areas requiring self-discipline, general concepts in psychology and human relations skills. Other requirements:
Fluent in French & English Hold a certificate dated no more than three (3) years attesting to the successful completion of:
a standard first aid course of a minimum eight (8)-hour duration a refresher course of a minimum six(6)-hour duration updating the skills acquired in the course mentioned in subparagraph 1.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to enforce rules tactfully and professionally; Good judgment and ability to work independently; Positive interpersonal and communication skills;
