We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tour & Leasing Coordinator to join our Sales and Leasing team. This position is often the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience while coordinating the entire process from initial inquiry to tour, to move-in. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do
Coordinate our Discovery tours and manage tour schedules for prospective residents. Respond to telephone, email, and website inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including preparing lease documentation and move-in packages. Maintain accurate client and tenant records using computerized systems. Work closely with the Sales and Leasing team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and current tenants. Assist with front desk coverage and administrative support as required. What You’ll Bring
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Robust organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Experience in administration, customer service, leasing, hospitality, real estate, or a related field is considered an asset. Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset. Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, administration, leasing, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. French would be considered an asset. Working at Elliot Lake Retirement Living
