- Manage budgets, cost reporting, cash flow and forecasting
- Oversee tendering, scope leveling and trade buyout
- Drive schedules and coordinate consultants and site teams
- Maintain client relationships and lead project meetings
- Ensure safety, quality control and contract compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a PM with full cycle delivery
- Solid knowledge of mid rise multifamily construction
- Concrete and structural coordination experience preferred
- Procore proficiency
- Commercially sharp, organized and relationship driven
