To support our growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is seeking an Import/Export Agent. The selected person will play a key role in managing the flow of goods, ensuring that every receipt and shipment is handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with our quality standards.
Responsibilites
- Receive, process and follow up on customer requests.
- Verify that the information and documents required for file processing are complete, accurate and compliant.
- Enter data and update records in various systems/platforms.
- Monitor the status of products in delivery, return or in transit (subcontractors).
- Collaborate with the operations team to help meet clients’ deadlines, costs and requirements.
- Respond quickly to unforeseen events and help resolve operational or administrative issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as applicable regulatory, customs and documentary requirements.
- Handle special requests and more complex situations in coordination with the relevant parties.
- Receive goods and verify their conformity according to established documents and procedures.
- Prepare, pack and ship orders in compliance with carrier and client requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory movements in the systems in use.
- Maintain a clean,
organized work environment that complies with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure an productive logistics flow.

Required qualifications
- Experience in transport logistics, inventory management, international trade or a related field.
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service in an operational environment.
Working conditions and benefits
- Hourly wage: $25.48 to $29.35.
