Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions About You
Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required Experience with dental software programs is required Strong customer service experience Application Information
