LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity for an 18-month contract with its Ottawa/Toronto-based customer.Work LocationThe successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid/remote flexible basis, with a preference for candidates located in Ottawa or Toronto, ON.Key TasksGather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiativesSupport initiatives including network modernization and Identity & Access ManagementTranslate technical requirements and concepts into clear, actionable business documentationDevelop and coordinate test plans, learning plans, and training plans for recent cybersecurity tools and capabilitiesCollaborate with SI vendors, security testing teams, project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholdersFacilitate workshops, working sessions, requirements reviews, and stakeholder discussionsPartner with Risk, Governance, Architecture, Regulatory, Legal, and Security teamsIdentify and manage requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder concernsSupport project planning and implementation activities across multiple cybersecurity workstreamsEnsure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery lifecycleHelp drive adoption and successful implementation of new cybersecurity capabilitiesKey Qualifications10+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments with demonstrated cybersecurity, infrastructure, IAM, or technology transformation exposureProven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including VP-level leadership, with strong political acumen and facilitation skillsExperience translating complex technical requirements into actionable implementation, testing, learning, and training plans across multiple simultaneous workstreamsQualificationsStrong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation,
