The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Development Centre is searching for a dedicated Project Coordinator to enhance community training and employment initiatives in Listuguj, QC. This full-time position involves project management and stakeholder collaboration.
As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director, supporting various educational and training programs. Your role is crucial in meeting the employment needs of the community through effective coordination, research, and partnerships. You will engage with clients, organizations, and training institutions to foster successful workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage project timelines for training programs
• Collaborate with partners to assess training needs




• Research and set up workshops and skill development strategies
• Monitor participant outcomes and prepare performance reports
• Manage project budgets and resources in conjunction with Finance Manager
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of Mi’gmaq culture and community needs
• Valid driver’s license and clear Vulnerable Sector Check
