The Lac La Ronge Indian Band Public Works & Housing Department is accepting applications for the following position:

CLOSED COMPETITION Restricted to Members of LLRIB HOUSING PROGRAM ASSISTANT – Definite Term Contract The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties: Provide office administrative program support to Housing Manager, Assistant Housing Manager, Tenant Relations Officer and Rental Officer Perform office duties such as typing correspondence, filing, photocopying and data entry, scanning documents Other duties as assigned

The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications: Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license Minimum Grade 12 Basic office administration skills are required Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be reliable and a team player Familiar with office workplace,



equipment and operation Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality

Criteria: Must be a member of LLRIB between the ages 18 to 30 and currently not receiving Employment Insurance Benefits.

Position: This position is a 1-year definite term contract starting ASAP

Salary: In accordance with applicable salary grid.
