The La Loche Housing Authority is seeking a Building Services, Level 3 to join the team immediately. Responsibilities include ensuring rental units are ready, minor repairs, painting prep, and groundskeeping to support a secure, well-maintained housing environment.

They require experience across trades, strong communication, and an ability to work on-call, including evenings and weekends. An excellent benefits package including pension and Northern Allowance is offered.
