Location: Hybrid - Downtown Ottawa
Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Canadian Secret Level Security Clearance
Role Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain application performance in Azure environment
2. Implement application monitoring and alerting solutions
3. Troubleshoot application issues and provide root cause analysis
4. Support deployment processes and release management
5. Collaborate with development teams for application optimization
- Scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
Nice to have technologies:
- Splunk for log analysis and monitoring
- Azure DevOps for release management
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Automation tools (Ansible, Puppet)
