In this full-time role, you will drive IWK Health's sustainability goals while managing the SmartTrip Program. Your responsibilities include coordinating communications, preparing outreach materials, and optimizing administrative processes related to the broader Health System Sustainability framework. Your efforts will enhance staff engagement and promote environmental stewardship throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the SmartTrip Program initiatives for staff engagement • Prepare outreach materials and coordinate behavior-change campaigns • Manage project tracking and maintain documentation • Design sustainability engagement initiatives and promotional content • Collaborate with internal partners on sustainability projects

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in sustainability, business, or related field • Minimum two years of relevant experience required • Robust organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities • Proficient in financial tracking and reporting
