We are seeking a Salesforce Production Support Analyst with strong Salesforce development, administration, and production support experience, along with hands‑on nCino expertise.

Job Description:-

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience.
- 2+ years of nCino Loan Management experience with knowledge of lending operations.
- Solid hands‑on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL .
- Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, integrations, and data connectors .
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and data models .
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases .
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents,



integrations, and Salesforce customizations .
- Knowledge of SSL, SAML, and JWT certificates for system integrations.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end‑to‑end production support , incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Support deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post‑release validation .
- Administer Salesforce users, permissions, configurations, and environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations .
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.
