What You Will Accomplish Daily

As a Damage Insurance Agent , you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

- Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
- Follow the company’s underwriting policies
- Use your skills to help increase client retention
- Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating workplace

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys helping people and easily builds trust

- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management
- Is adaptable and eager to learnHas an interest in sales
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada on a regular basis
- Enjoys teamwork

Minimum Education Requirements

- High school diploma with 3 years of work experience OR
- College diploma (or higher) OR
- Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
