Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator

Do you desire to be involved in the spiritual aspect of church multiplication? Join us in helping church planting leaders reach their nations for Christ. Become an Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator (ACMF) with OMS. Opportunities are available in Africa, Asia, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe.

As an ACMF serving in Africa, you will be paired with a Village Church Planting (VCP) Supervisor, an African national, who will assist you in various ways (see Functions below).

The ACMF is a part-time role, working under the authority of the Church Multiplication Facilitator (CMF) for your assigned country. While living in your home country, you will travel to your assigned country or countries once or twice per year to assist the CMF in promoting church multiplication. Your role at home will involve supporting the VCP ministry through prayer, follow-up visits, ongoing conversations, and preparation for future visits.

Requirements

- Ministry experience (preferred)
- Desire to provide accountability, pastoral care, or training
- Committed prayer life
- Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per year
