As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics at Canadian Tire Corporation in Oakville, ON, you'll transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth. Responsibilities

- Analyze customer and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Deliver performance analytics and insights for strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs
- Create compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision-making across the organization
- Apply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) to enhance insights
- Partner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
- Support cross-functional teams with analytics expertise and storytelling

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- Retail or banking industry experience is an asset
- Strong data skills: SQL, Python, SAS (certification is a plus)




- Expertise in data visualization and experience with BI tools
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Broadband salary range: $64,000 – $106,000. Typical hiring range: $80,000 – $95,000.
