The technician will ensure safe operations by executing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and conducting inspections of equipment. With a rotation of 14 days on and off, this role balances work with personal time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out plumbing and drywall repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems
• Inspect mechanical equipment for operational integrity
• Monitor daily environmental control parameters
• Address service requests and cleaning tasks promptly
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of similar maintenance experience
• Robust understanding of safety practices in maintenance
• Effective time management skills in a continuous operation
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
