Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site, ensuring workis completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of roofingsystems, including metal roofing and flat/membrane systems (TPO, SBStorch-applied)
- Conduct in office troubleshooting and repairs for roofingand construction-related issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and roofingregulations
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, labor, andresources
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality control andadherence to project specifications
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot construction androofing equipment
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques,safety practices,



and equipment use
- Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and otherstakeholders on-site
- Maintain records of work completed, inspections, andmaintenance activities

Requirements

- Extensive experience in roofing and construction,including supervisory or foreman roles
- Strong knowledge of metal roofing, waterproofingsystems, and roofing materials
- Hands-on experience with membrane systems (TPO, SBS,bitumen) and torch-applied roofing
- Solid understanding of construction equipment, tools,and maintenance
