Ankeny Law in Vancouver is seeking an Immigration Administrative Assistant to support busy lawyers and the firm’s immigration practice. You will coordinate administrative services, maintain filing systems, and prepare case histories and reports for ongoing matters. The role requires interviewing clients, updating databases, and drafting correspondence and legal documents in a rapid-paced, on-site setting. A college-level diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.
