• Lead the Jumping Junipers Left Brain homeroom classroom • Plan Montessori-inspired learning activities for preschoolers • Support children’s independence and problem-solving skills • Observe and assess children’s development consistently • Mentor Group Educators to enhance teaching practices

Requirements: • Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification • Minimum 2 years of experience with young children • Solid communication and organizational skills • Ability to adapt programming for diverse learners • Experience in Montessori or structured environments
