Recent Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to join our North American retail leadership team. You will help open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience while leading by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies.
You will coach and develop associates, strive to meet store KPIs, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. The role supports a hybrid in-person/office approach across North American locations.
