In this pivotal role with FirstOntario, you will provide prompt and effective sales and service while identifying opportunities for cross-sells and member retention initiatives. Your skills in interpersonal communication and customer service will be essential as you assist members with their financial needs and facilitate smooth referrals when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide accurate transactional sales including drafts and bill payments • Engage members and enhance services through cross-selling • Apply 'Member First' service principles consistently • Resolve inquiries and address member concerns promptly • Collaborate with team members to support branch operations

Requirements: • Grade 12 or equivalent education • Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred • Familiarity with MS Office applications preferred • Reliable internet for remote shifts if needed • Flexibility to meet member service demands
