Food Service Supervisor

Job Details

- Location 230 Scenic Dr. S. Lethbridge, AB T1J 4L3
- Work location On site
- Salary $ 19.50 to $ 20.50 HOUR hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 hours per week
- Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
- Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
- Starts as soon as possible

1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
