The Drive Ahead Process and reconcile payables, receivables, and internal statements Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and outstanding credits Post vehicle deals, warranty transactions,



and other dealership-specific items Support monthly close procedures and reporting

Performance Essentials 1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience (dealership experience is an asset) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other MS Office programs Experience with PBS, CDK, or other dealership accounting software is an asset Full-time availability — Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-driven environmentrew6
