Our client is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Provost. This role will be responsible for sustaining and growing the customer base through counter and telephone sales, purchasing, delivery support and providing feedback regarding new and revised product and service opportunities. A successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To

- Provide counter sales and telephone sales support
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, email contact, and other creative endeavors
- Meet with existing clients to develop and sustain working relationships
- Ensure that all recent customers have a completed credit application sent to the Managers for approval
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and co-workers, prioritizing and responding to sales requests for orders, quotes, shipping and logistics
- Source new vendors and develop new customer relationships

Your strengths include:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to calculate costs, margins, and other formulas
- Valid Driver’s License
- Word Processing, MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
- Efficiently organize and schedule sales calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
