Central Sask. Co-op is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to enhance customer satisfaction in the Meat Department. You will manage meat and seafood preparation, ensuring compliance with health standards. General housekeeping and equipment maintenance are integral to keeping our store organized, clean, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of meats
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards
• Conduct general housekeeping and sharpen equipment
• Monitor refrigeration temperature consistently
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education required
• 1-3 years of relevant meat experience
• Honest and trustworthy with customers
• Physically able to lift 50lbs and climb
• Adaptable to work various shifts including weekends
