About the Role

Nonrel Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Database Analyst Manager to lead the design, management, security, and optimization of enterprise database systems. This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in database administration, data governance, cloud technologies, and business intelligence who can drive data‑driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of enterprise database systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable database architectures and data models.
- Develop and enforce database policies, security standards, and governance procedures.
- Monitor, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain database performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage database upgrades, deployments, and system integration projects.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and access management strategies.
- Oversee data migration, validation, quality assurance, and data governance initiatives.
- Design and maintain database structures, documentation, and data management processes.
- Utilize automation and AI-powered technologies to improve database operations and reporting.
- Support business intelligence and AI initiatives by preparing structured datasets and optimizing data workflows.
- Conduct database security reviews, compliance audits, and performance assessments.




- Evaluate emerging database technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to database analysts and IT staff.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and analytical insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate reporting requirements and deliver accurate, data‑driven information to stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in database management, security, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in database administration, database analysis, data management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and data security.
- Experience with cloud-based database platforms and modern data management technologies is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data integration, and AI‑enabled data solutions is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
