Dexterra Group seeks a Chef Manager to oversee the Horizon North camp kitchen at Lac De Gras. You will design menus, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality using FOODSAFE/HACCP standards, while managing resources and inventory in a remote lodge workplace.

You will lead training, mentor employees, and ensure dietary needs are met; strong Excel/Word skills and exposure to hospitality software are required.
