As part of the Applied Physics team at General Fusion, you will support the development of our magnetized target fusion power plant. The role requires analyzing diagnostic data, creating simulations, and presenting findings to diverse audiences. Understanding complex systems and interpreting experimental data is key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze diagnostic data from plasma experiments

• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering physics or physics
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
• Strong foundation in thermodynamics and electromagnetics
• Proficiency in Python and/or C# / C++ programming
• Experience with image analysis or tomography preferred
