The Nipawin Oasis is looking for a family support worker to be part of this wonderful team we are accepting resumes for those interested in full time position 35-40 hrs a week.

- Education and/or experience working with families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to provide support to families
- Provide education and support for life skills, modeling appropriate boundaries, parenting skills, household management




- Promote healthy child development and positive interaction between family members
- Provide transportation for participants as needed
- Record keeping and maintain confidentiality
- Be reliable, punctual and responsible
- Computer literacy
- Positive role model
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Awareness of community resources, child development, positive parenting skills and knowledge, stress and interpersonal management.
- Must have a valid driver's license and criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Salary is $20-$26/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
