Brighter Staffing Agency is a leading provider of high-quality staffing solutions across various industries, including aviation. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Aircraft Groomers to join our team and support operations at YVR AIRPORT Vancouver.

Position Overview

As an Aircraft Groomer , you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of aircraft to ensure a comfortable and safe workplace for passengers and crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins (seats, floors, windows, lavatories, galleys)
- Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., change light bulbs, replenish lavatory supplies)
- Vacuum, shampoo carpets, and wipe down surfaces
- Remove and properly dispose of trash and debris
- Inspect for damage or maintenance issues and report as necessary
- Follow all aviation safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with crew and passengers

Requirements

- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- High school diploma or equivalent




- Prior experience as an Aircraft Groomer or in a similar cleaning/maintenance role
- Understanding of cleaning and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent time-management and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
