We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Test Engineer with over 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Selenium with Java and a strong background in both functional and automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, leading test strategy, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role requires excellent technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
Job Description
- 06+ experience in functional and automation testing
- Strong experience in the automation testing tool Selenium with Java
- Experience creating, enhancing, debugging, and executing test scripts
- Strong experience in Java programming concepts
- Defining and exporting test results and analysing test results.
- Reporting defects based on the results.
- Experience in coordinating the tasks between in office and offshore resource
- Communicating with the Project team with respect to the Automation Development and Execution.
- Defining the Automation Test strategy, test plan and estimation of the Automation Tasks.
- Experience in API testing using Rest-assured/Postman is preferred
- Knowledge of databases is preferred
