As an experienced Field Foreman, you will manage on-site activities for high-voltage construction projects across North America. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead a crew, prepare progress reports, and serve as the primary contact for your team. Emphasis on safety culture and efficient resource management is vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee construction activities following project specifications • Lead crew while ensuring timely arrival and effective work • Submit daily progress reports and timesheets to management • Liaise between management and crew to facilitate communication • Mentor crew in safety adherence and quality standards

Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson designation • 5-7 years of construction industry experience required • Understanding of high-voltage substation construction preferred • Valid driver's license with acceptable record required • Willingness to travel to various sites as needed
