This role will focus on creating intuitive native mobile experiences and scalable design systems across iOS and Android.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences for digital investing and wealth management productsCreate reusable Figma components, design systems, and component librariesDevelop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specificationsDesign polished native mobile experiences across iOS and AndroidCollaborate closely with product, research, content, development, and business teamsConduct Design QA to ensure final implementations align with specificationsMaintain explicit design system documentation and standardsEnsure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and native platform requirementsIdentify design risks and proactively recommend solutionsRequired Qualifications5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experienceAdvanced proficiency with FigmaStrong experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and AndroidDemonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable componentsStrong understanding of interaction design, visual UI states, responsive design, and user-centred designBanking and/or financial services knowledgeKnowledge of investing or wealth managementExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsDegree in Design or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceNice to HaveExperience designing self-directed investing or wealth management productsExperience creating high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and storyboardsUnderstanding of HTML/CSSExperience designing to WCAG accessibility standardsIdeal Candidate:A strong senior product designer who combines polished UI skills with deep UX thinking, has hands‐on experience building design systems in Figma, and understands the complexities of native mobile and digital investing experiences.Note: We use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
