Acuren Wind Canada Inc. is actively recruiting for Wind Turbine Maintenance Electricians to operate in remote locations throughout Western Canada starting in the 2026 season. This role offers a dynamic work workplace focused on electrical system repairs.
In this position, you will perform vital maintenance on wind turbine systems and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues. Ensuring safety during operations and sticking to SGRE protocols will be crucial for this role, especially when working at heights of over 100 meters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on turbines
• Utilize diagnostic tools for effective troubleshooting
• Inspect turbine blades for quality assurance




• Adhere to SGRE safety protocols during operations
• Document all findings and repairs thoroughly
Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification required
• Strong experience with wind turbine maintenance is preferable
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems needed
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
