Lead the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador. This pivotal role requires an inspirational leader committed to excellence in education, research, and diversity.

As the Dean, you will report to the Provost and drive creative strategies within the Faculty. Your leadership will emphasize equity, diversity, inclusion, and community engagement, especially in integrating Indigenous perspectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance strategic goals, ensuring high standards in both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership in alignment with Memorial's vision • Oversee administrative management and budgeting processes • Build relationships with students, alumni,



and external partners • Foster research productivity and collaborative initiatives • Ensure high-quality teaching and learning environments

Requirements: • Earned PhD in Engineering • Professional Engineer registration in Canada • Proven academic leadership experience • Background in curriculum development and accreditation • Commitment to advancing Indigenization and decolonization
