Bushbalm is seeking a Partnerships Manager to spearhead initiatives for Bushbalm PRO. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, product launches, and revenue through authentic partnerships. The ideal candidate brings passion for relationship-building, solid project management, and 3+ years in influencer marketing or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute partnership strategies for brand growth • Identify and manage relationships with estheticians and creators • Oversee paid partnership campaigns from outreach to reporting • Grow and support affiliate and ambassador programs • Collaborate on campaigns with Brand and Social teams

Requirements: • 3+ years in partnerships or influencer marketing experience • Proven track record managing paid partnerships • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Excellent project management capabilities • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus
