Altis Technology in Toronto is seeking a Process Administrator for a 3-month contract to start, with a path to permanent. This hybrid role involves mostly work from home with about one day a month on-site in Toronto. You will review CRM and databases for accuracy across registrations and customer information. You will perform quality assurance on calls, emails, and applications, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Team Leads to strengthen processes.
