Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field

Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)

Effectively manage unexpected operational issues

Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients

Collaborate with various operational departments

Perform any other related task

Schedule : Sunday to Thursday. Sunday 8pm to 6.30am. Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6.30am.

Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience;

2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights;

Knowledge in Truckmate and Isaac;

Strong organizational skills and multitask;

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;

Ability to solve problems and make decisions;

Strong logicial skills and making sure the freights are moving constantly;

Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430);
