Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement commercialization strategies for intellectual property • Establish relationships to solicit new innovations and commercial opportunities • Manage patent processes and evaluate innovations for commercial potential • Negotiate terms for licenses and agreements related to technology • Assist in prototype development funding and spin-off creation

Requirements: • Master's Degree in Engineering or Science; PhD preferred • 5 years of business development experience • Knowledge of intellectual property management and patenting • Experience in commercialization in academic environments • Strong communication and project management skills
