sophisticated and diverse matters, representing landlords, tenants, developers, property managers, lenders, franchisors and franchisees. You will be negotiating, drafting, reviewing and revising commercial leasing documents including leases, offers, amendments, assignments, subleases and consents. The candidate must be in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario or be in the process of doing so if coming from another province.The target salary range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000, commensurate with the successful candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
