This leadership role reports directly to the Vice-President Academic and Provost, focusing on empowering faculty, students, and external partners. The Dean will strengthen the Faculty’s academic mission through strategic initiatives in teaching, research, and community involvement. Candidates must exhibit a commitment to equity, diversity, and Indigenization while advancing educational opportunities locally and globally.

Requirements:
• Doctorate in a relevant discipline required
• Eligibility for full professor appointment
• Significant scholarly and administrative leadership experience
