We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a fixed-term contract position until December 16, 2027. Schedule: Monday through Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM. Create a welcoming and positive experience for patients from arrival to departure Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and patient communications to optimize the schedule Handle patient billing, insurance claims, payments, and fee inquiries in a professional manner Process referrals, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure charts are up to date Support daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth patient experience Build robust patient relationships through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication Follow all privacy, health and safety, and regulatory requirements About You
