Public Sector Experience The Senior Technical Architect is required to provide security expertise for the LCM (Life Cycle Management) – F5 load balancer project and daily operations. Responsibilities Participate in workshop discussions and drive activities that address Internet access, operational security, and client configuration for online service consumption. Ensure architecture and designs patterns conform to and/or are implementable with the City's workplace and meet availability requirements. Design, implement and document Internet services (Load balancers, proxies, firewalls, ancillary services) to ensure capacity and availability for on-premises access to and from the load balancer service for both migration and client access. Technical experience building clustered enterprise network and Cloud infrastructure solutions. Working technical experience in administering remote access infrastructure. Working experience with programming language such as Unix/Linux/Windows shell script, Python. Demonstrated familiarity with intrusion detection and vulnerability assessment in perimeter networks. Familiar with theories and requirement of enterprise information security, cloud security, network security, application security, cryptography, and key management.
