Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and organize departmental meetings and rounds • Take minutes and prepare correspondence like agendas • Maintain physicians' schedules diligently • Assist in research grant proposals and special projects • Handle timekeeping responsibilities as required
Requirements: • Completion of secretarial training program or equivalent • Minimum two years’ experience in senior secretarial role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of medical terminology and transcription • Ability to work independently and in teams
