Implement, enforce, and maintain the Project QMS, aligned with company standards. Lead the development and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) by trade. Define inspection requirements, hold points, acceptance criteria, and documentation needs. Conduct regular site inspections and issue clear, actionable reports. Lead non-conformance (NCR) management, including root cause and corrective actions. Maintain complete, traceable quality records (inspections, testing, NCRs). Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors. Act as the primary quality authority on site, driving compliance across all trades. What You Will Bring

5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC. Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards. Experience with inspections, testing coordination, and NCR management Ability to interpret and enforce technical requirements on site. Comfortable working independently in a site-based leadership role. Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured QMS environments Experience on large or complex construction projects Security Clearance Requirement
