Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct donor registration and screening with solid client service skills • Educate donors on blood donation processes and eligibility • Lead and coach donor centre staff during collection events • Perform venipuncture while monitoring donor safety • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and donations
Requirements: • Accredited nursing program completion and active RN license • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred • Certification in First Aid and CPR is an asset • Technical skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Bilingual communication skills enhance donor interactions
