Elevate healthcare quality as a Quality Improvement Consultant at Brant Community Healthcare System. Collaborate with leaders to enhance patient safety and care experiences across units.
This crucial role reports to the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience. With 3-5 years in healthcare environments, you will facilitate organization-wide quality initiatives. Expertise in quality improvement methodologies will be key in supporting compliance with Accreditation standards and implementing action plans for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reviews of quality-of-care cases and patient safety events
• Implement unit-level quality improvement strategies
• Mentor staff on quality improvement methodologies




• Analyze data to inform decision-making for initiatives
• Coordinate compliance with patient safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a regulated health discipline or related field
• 3-5 years of healthcare experience
• Organizational and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to collaborate independently across teams
• Criminal Record Check required
